WestNet Internet Services
Many people today have become reliant on the internet as a means of communicating and getting things done. TADWA provides computer systems that allow our clients to take advantage of this technology. We at TADWA are aware of the frustrations experienced by clients when faced with the task of selecting and working with a reliable and trustworthy Internet Service Provider. We have established a solid working relationship with Westnet Internet Services and we act as a reseller for that company. Westnet are a reputable Western Australian company and have recently received major customer service awards. Their services are extremely competitive and we recommend you at least review the options that they offer before signing up to an alternative ISP. We are also able to provide details of other Internet Service Providers like TADAustConnect, a special service for people who are in receipt of Centrelink benefits like Disability Support Pension and Aged Pension. HiBIZ Support Announced for Country Clients The Commonwealth Government have recently announced the availability of the new HiBIZ broadband internet offering to country clients. This offer is available to those country clients who have ADSL enabled capabilities in their area. Under this program eligible clients are entitled to a free ADSL router and the normal connection fee does not apply. This represents a saving in the vicinity of $200 per client connection. Please refer to the Westnet web site for more details at www.westnet.com.au. Internet Connection Problems Although the TADWA CS Help Desk is available for support calls, clients who experience problems with their internet connections are advised to contact their ISP for assistance in the first instance. After all, clients pay for the services from the ISP and therefore the ISP has an obligation to make sure the service is available under the terms of the agreement.
