Can you help set up my internet?

Yes, once we have determined the best internet service for you, we can help set up your modem, tablet, laptop and smart phone.  Our technicians are specially trained to assist older persons and people with disabilities.

We do not supply access to the internet. Instead we provide expert advice to help you choose the internet service that is right for you.  With so many different internet providers and plans, chances are you may sign-up for something that may not be suitable.  As a not-for-profit, our advice is independent so you can be assured you are not being sold a service you don’t need.

Do you assist with obtaining computers, tablets and other devices?

Yes, we can assist with obtaining computers, tablets, assistive tech devices and more. This might consist of working with other funding agencies or directly with you if you are self-funded. We also supply refurbished desktops and laptops.

How can I get TADWA’s assistance?

TADWA provides assistance through our Support Agreement. The support includes assistance by phone, email and remote control.  Remote control support allows us to directly control your devices so we can help you get things fixed as soon as possible. This ensures that you are never far from getting the right help.

How much will this cost?

Our Support Agreements are only $120 for a year. This works out to be $10 a month. For individualised and tailored needs, we will also perform an initial technical assessment (over the phone or at TADWA’s office) which may incur additional fees.
